Yes, we deliver cakes across Sydney and nearby suburbs. Delivery fees are based on distance from our studio, or you are welcome to collect your cake at a pre arranged time.

Your cake will arrive with full care instructions. Buttercream cakes should be kept refrigerated and then brought to room temperature before serving to ensure the cake tastes its best.
If your cake is being delivered to an event, it should be placed on display a few hours before guests arrive in a cool, shaded environment away from direct sunlight.
Our cakes are baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. Some flavours can be made gluten free; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when placing your enquiry.

Weddings
Our wedding calendar fills quickly. We suggest securing your date 6–12 months in advance to avoid disappointment.
Once all logistics and design have been finalised a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your wedding. If payment has not been received by this time, the booking may be cancelled and your date released.
Yes. Our tasting boxes are available to help you discover your favourite flavour pairings. Each box includes a curated selection of our most loved combinations, beautifully packaged for you to enjoy.
Absolutely. Every Artisienne wedding cake is bespoke, created to reflect your love story, colour palette, and celebration style. Inspiration images and mood boards are always welcome during the design process.
Yes. We carefully deliver and set up your cake to ensure it arrives as flawless as when it left our studio. Delivery fees vary depending on distance and venue logistic. Depending on the cake size collection from our studio is also possible.
Postponements may be accommodated depending on availability. All deposits are non-refundable. If final payment is not received 4 weeks before your wedding, your order will be cancelled. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event are non-refundable in full.
