Pick-Up & Delivery Information

Every Artisienne cake is crafted to order with care and precision. Please review the collection and delivery guidelines to ensure your cake arrives beautifully and safely.

 

Pick-Up & Delivery

Pick-ups are available on:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

When placing an online order, you can select your preferred pick-up day and time window directly at checkout.

If your event falls on a day outside pick-up availability, cakes can be collected earlier. Cakes hold beautifully in the refrigerator for up to three days before serving, maintaining both texture and visual finish.

Pick up: 372-428 Wattle St, Ultimo NSW 2007

 

Transport guidelines:

• Transport cakes on a flat, level surface (car boot or passenger footwell)

• Keep the vehicle cool

• Avoid placing cakes on seats or laps

• Drive smoothly and avoid sharp turns or sudden braking

Once collected, the cake becomes the client’s responsibility.

 

Online Orders Delivery:

A delivery window is selected during checkout.

Wedding Cake Delivery:

Your delivery window will be confirmed in advance during the booking process.

Delivery cost is calculated based on distance from the studio and will be provided when placing your order or enquiry.

 

Storage & Serving

Store cakes in the refrigerator.

Remove 1–2 hours before serving to allow the cake to soften and flavours to develop.

Keep the cake away from sunlight and heat.
