Every Artisienne cake is handcrafted to order with care and precision. Please review the information below to ensure your cake arrives safely and is enjoyed at its very best.

Your preferred collection day and designated pick-up time can be selected during checkout. Please arrive within your selected collection window so we can ensure a smooth collection process.

Ordering
All online orders for the following week close at 12:00pm (AEST) every Sunday.
We recommend placing your order as soon as your event date is confirmed, as we often reach capacity well before our weekly cut-off. Once we are fully booked, we are unable to accept additional orders.
If your preferred collection or delivery day is unavailable, you are welcome to order for an earlier available date. Our cakes keep beautifully in the refrigerator for up to 4 days after collection or delivery, provided they remain uncut and are stored correctly, allowing you to enjoy your cake on your special day without compromising on quality.

Deliveries take place between 11:00am and 3:00pm. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time within this window.
Delivery pricing is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery distance from our studio.
For wedding cakes and cakes requiring on-site setup, delivery details will be confirmed during the booking process.
Transport Guidelines
If collecting your cake, please follow these recommendations:

Transport the cake on a completely flat, level surface such as the vehicle floor or boot.

Keep your vehicle cool using air conditioning where possible.

Never place the cake on a seat.

Drive carefully, avoiding sudden braking, sharp turns and rapid acceleration.

Once collected, responsibility for the cake transfers to the client.
Storage & Serving

Store your cake in the refrigerator until required.

During warmer months, remove your cake 2–4 hours before serving.

During cooler months, remove your cake 6–8 hours before serving.

Keep the cake away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Refrigerate any leftover and cover the exposed area.
Allergens
Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.
